I took a tour today of the RecCen II construction site with the rest of the RecCen Governance Board. Thanks to Wayne Horodowich for organizing the tour and giving us all the information.

The site is amazing. This new facility is going to be huge. Besides our indoor SportCourt rink, there's going to be a large ground level weight room, a mezzanine where you can work out and watch hockey down below, classrooms, art rooms (including kilns), offices, a rock climbing wall, locker rooms and much more.

RecCen II Watch
Watch as the Recreation Center II and our indoor SportCourt facility develop. This picture album will grow as the construction progresses. The opening date is set for Fall/Winter quarter of 2004-05.
